TIMELINE
My Journey
I was independent, creating my own schedule as a freelancer, took control of my health, and accomplished the athletic physique that made me feel confident in my own skin.
Only behind the curtain, I was pretending to be unbothered with a 4-year situationship (in modern translation: a relationship with no label). Because underneath my nonchalant personality, I was hiding my anxiety about my inner desires and what I truly wanted in a relationship.
I was too scared to lose an intimate connection that felt so difficult to find. So what did I do? I distracted myself with more relationships with men while I continued my situationship with this person.
I was in a string of not-so-great relationships, playing out all the anxiousavoidant attachment styles, never letting a man get too close to me. I was ready to leave if I felt like I couldn’t take the guilt any longer. This Emo became a pattern.
Emotionally drained, I reconnected to myself through dance and meditation. I studied my fears and feelings of shame. I got myself professional coaches and embraced my feelings of unworthiness head-on. I looked at what my pain and abandonment wounds were teaching me.
I deepened my gratitude immensely to the men I had relationships with and healed the love I had for myself and my inner child. My former partners became my friends and allies.
I expressed my boundaries and this empowered the person I always knew myself to be. I stopped people-pleasing. I stopped hiding my desires from myself.

Everything shifted.
Big time.
I found love again. I now live in a world of romance, love to the depths that I never knew was available to me, feel supported in everything I do, and manage my relationship conflicts with total confidence.
NOW I TEACH OTHERS JUST LIKE YOU TO RECLAIM THEIR HEALTHY FEMININE AND MASCULINE INSIDE AND OUT, TO FEEL LUSCIOUS CHEMISTRY, CONNECTION & ABUNDANCE.
I want you to call the other into power and be called into your own — to embrace and be embraced, to love and make love to all of life.
